Returns Policy

The Joy! mattress comes with a 101 morning trial. If you are still not finding the Joy! you can contact us about returning your mattress here and we’ll arrange for your mattress to be collected. 

The 101 mornings trial and return policy only extends to the original purchaser of the product. Second hand or used Joy! mattresses are not eligible for the trial and return policy. 

Please be aware for health and safety reasons you must use a waterproof mattress protector with your Joy! mattress to qualify for the 101 mornings sleep trial. Mattresses that have been abused, soiled, damaged, or have bed bugs will not be eligible for a return. 

There is a limit of one return per customer.


What happens to my Joy! mattress after it’s been returned?

There is absolutely no need to be concerned about your mattress going to waste. We will work with one of our charity partners to ensure your mattress goes to a good home and brings Joy! to someone else.

Can I return the Kitset Base after 101 mornings?

No, unfortunately the Kitset base is not covered by the 101 morning trial, however, it does have a 2 year warranty for any defects.

How long does it take before my mattress is picked up?

Pickups generally take up to 14 days and our carrier will be in touch with a suitable time to collect. If you do live in rural or remote areas, it may take longer to collect and we will advise at the time of your claim.

Please note if the mattress doesn’t meet return criteria, is damaged or soiled, the carrier will not be able to collect it.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your mattress has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
